Standard battery charger pack

A standard battery charger pack is used to charge standard batteries. These include such sizes as AA, AAA, C, D, or 9V batteries. Choosing a solar battery charger allows a person to easily charge their batteries, even if they are nowhere near a power outlet.

Using a standard battery charger pack is a good move for the environment. Buying and using rechargeable batteries as opposed to disposable batteries prevents those materials from piling so quickly within landfills. This is especially good considering that batteries contain toxic chemicals.

Purchasing a solar powered standard battery charger pack in particular could be considered an added effort. Battery chargers which rely on being plugged into the electrical grid contribute to the use of fossil fuels- a non-renewable and pollutive energy source. The use of solar power has neither of these drawbacks.
