The Pure Energy Smart Charger uses smart "Safe Charge" technology to safely recharge all Rechargeable Alkaline, NiMH, and NiCd batteries. It has four compartments that charge separately, allowing you to charge 1-4 AA or AAA rechargeable batteries. Any combination of battery sizes and types can be charged at the same time, and batteries can be taken out as you need them. Uses 120V AC household power. UL, SA approved. Battery charger charges AAA batteries in 2-3 hours, AA batteries in 5-8 hours, depending on battery capacity. Charge current per compartment is 325mA. LED indicator lights tell you status of charge for each compartment.
